The Sabine hills

Sabina is located just 60km (37 miles) North-East of Rome. The Sabine hills (from which we take our name – Monti Sabini is the Italian equivalent) are a chain of mountains in Sabina that lie between the river Tiber in the west and the town of Rieti in the east.

The area is renowned for its high quality olive oil, and whilst it is well known in Italy, outside the country Sabina olive oil is still relatively undiscovered.
