The Three Olive Groves

Monti Sabini olives are cultivated on three olive groves, each with its own name that has been passed down through the generations; Franco Maio, Valle Fura, and Coste Sole. To find out more about a particular olive grove, click on one of the names above.

The main type of olive that grows on the lands is Carboncella, with 95-97% of the trees being of this variety. Nevertheless, the olive oil from each land is kept separate to enable us to create three oils that vary according to the land and conditions where the olives were grown.

Each bottle of Monti Sabini states which of the groves the olives came from, along with the date of production.
